UK: University of Essex Announces £10,000 Scholarship Opportunity for Indian Students

The University of Essex in the United Kingdom has announced the availability of its GREAT Scholarships, worth £10,000, for Indian students. These scholarships are intended for master's students with strong academic backgrounds and a demonstrated interest in their chosen subject area, and will be used to cover the cost of tuition fees for any one-year master's program (MA, MSc, LLM). In addition to attending lectures and tutorials, scholarship recipients will be expected to participate in extra-curricular activities during their time at the University of Essex.

To be eligible for these scholarships, applicants must have a valid Indian passport, be an overseas student at the University of Essex, be fully self-funded, and hold a conditional or unconditional offer to start a full-time master's degree in the relevant subject in October 2023.

Only one scholarship will be awarded per student, and the scholarships cannot be combined with other University of Essex awards.

Some students, such as those enrolled at East 15 Acting School, may not be eligible for these scholarships regardless of whether they meet the above criteria.
