Job Description:

Assist Center coordinator in the day-day activities of the South Branch.

Understand aspirations, interests, and background of students; conduct detailed profile assessment students interested in studying in the international universities.

Job Roles and Responsibilities

  • Assist the Center coordinator in conducting activities to improve business and increase walk- in's in South Goa
  • Work closely with the Admin department, Marketing Department & Operations team to ensure smooth work-flows.
  • Attend to walk-ins & telephonic enquiries.
  • Assist students in registering for the IELTS exam.
  • Address student's queries regarding classes, exams, and other services.
  • Keep a track of office supplies and maintain proper stock of supplies.
  • Update and record all expenses with respect to the South Branch.
  • Prepare timely invoices for students.
  • Job Requirements

  • Minimum 1 - 3 years of work experience in customer support/Admin/Sales.
  • Must have 2-wheeler vehicle.
  • Excellent verbal & written communication.
  • Bachelor's in any relevant field.
