Job Roles and Responsibilities
Assist the Center coordinator in conducting activities to improve business and increase walk- in's in South GoaWork closely with the Admin department, Marketing Department & Operations team to ensure smooth work-flows.Attend to walk-ins & telephonic enquiries.Assist students in registering for the IELTS exam.Address student's queries regarding classes, exams, and other services.Keep a track of office supplies and maintain proper stock of supplies.Update and record all expenses with respect to the South Branch.Prepare timely invoices for students.Job Requirements
Minimum 1 - 3 years of work experience in customer support/Admin/Sales.Must have 2-wheeler vehicle.Excellent verbal & written communication.Bachelor's in any relevant field.
