Job Roles and Responsibilities
As the Center Coordinator of the Margao branch at Maxxcell, you are required to handle all day-to-day activities with respect to the branch.Overseeing all functions and operations of the South Goa BranchWork closely with the assistant center coordinator to ensure delivery of work within deadlines.Attending to walk-in and telephonic inquiries.Taking follow ups, getting conversions, and updating data on HubSpot.Conduct activities to improve business and increase walk-in’s in South GoaWork closely with the Admin department, Marketing Department & Operations team to ensure smooth work-flows.Conduct detailed profile assessments for students interested in studying at international universities.Advice and counsel students on courses, universities in various countries, admission requirements, fee structures, and scholarships.Assist in shortlisting courses and universities that fit students' profiles and career goals.Build relations with TPO's of various colleges for overseas education seminar and activities with the students.Job Requirements
Minimum 1 - 3 years of work experience in customer support/Admin/Sales.Must able to research using multiple sources.Must have 2-wheeler vehicleExcellent verbal & written communication.Bachelor's in any relevant field.
